Acquirement of raw material

In the manufacturing process, we require different grades of stainless steel bars, forgings, hardware, gaskets & paints. All raw material purchase from the reputed & genuine concerned supplier.

Quality control

All raw materials are checked by our quality assurance department before the manufacturing process. For example, when we received the stainless steel bars, it is checked visually and dimensionally for machining tolerance. We also check the mill test certificate and physical test certificate, compared to a suitable standard, and passed to the machining shop for further process, if rejected, sent back to the supplier.

Machining

The raw material is issued to the machine shop for the machining and will be machined strictly as per the relevant drawings.

In-process testing

During the machining, our team is checking the part with the Vernier caliper or micrometers. If there are any changes requires then will be done by our supervisor to assure the best quality product.

Assembly

The semi-finished parts come to the assembly shop from the machining for the final assembly of a product. The machining team ensures the hydrostatic testing of each part. In the assembly section, with the help of jigs & fixtures, all the parts are fixed uniformly.

Final Testing

After assembly of the final product is sent for hydrostatic testing. There we assure there should not any leakage is found as per the relevant standard, then product will best for further process like marking and packing for dispatch.
